First advice don’t join any telegram groups and bs. They are all scams. Learn The basics from trusted forum like Crdcrew.cc and Carders.biz. Only use verified shops from those sites. And Don’t believe anyone who pms you or try to offer or sell you. Donot trust any other site than those that are verified. Be aware of phishing sites of same name and Follow carding guides by @Mr.Tom
